The hotel room suffered from a fair level of noise during the evening and night from other customers, and including a dog barking from somewhere in the close vicinity of the room. The tea/coffee/milk supplies were not replenished meaning a visit to reception to ask for additional items. Complimentary water in the reception area was only available at certain times of the day. Didn’t utilise the breakfast offering."

I asked for a low floor as I cannot use an elevator but I can cope with 1 or 2 flights of stairs, however I didn’t realise low floors were in the basement so i had the lowest floor and many stairs to walk down and up again for restaurant/breakfast/ bar/ parking etc. my fault though, not the hotels. Would stay again."

"We had a wonderful day at the Palacio Arriluce and especially enjoyed an afternoon of relaxing on their terrace by the pool overlooking the harbor. The staff was very helpful providing guidance for our day trip into Bilbao to visit the Guggenheim Museum and for dinner reservations nearby. The breakfast were great and we had a nice dinner one night at the hotel."
