The room was beautiful and so comfortable. The staff were all so lovely and helpful. Ritah helped me arrange a shoebill tour. Each meal was delicious! I would highly recommend staying here!

Unfortunately my stay did not start well as my email had been ‘lost’ and I was not met at the airport, however after a phone call this was sorted. Staff are very friendly and helpful and couldn’t do more when I arrived and during my stay. My chalet was very nice, it’s a bit hit and miss whether you get hot water but a lukewarm warm shower was welcome after a hot, long journey. The surrounding grounds are nicely laid out and atmospheric with lots of seating areas and the outdoor bar is a nice idea. The food was very nice and well presented. I would recommend this hotel, just double check your arrangements.

Fantastic place to stay in the Entebbe area! Warm welcome, friendly staff, property and my room clean comfortable and tidy. Several places to sit and relax on property. Food delicious. Transfer to airport is included is a bonus. They can organize activities if you are staying long enough. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed the beautiful greenery. The rooms had a view and were quite spacious. Getting to the hotel was wonderful because it was late and they greeted me with juice. Laundry was included which was a bonus. Food could be more flavourful

In a display of true Ugandan hospitality, this property exceeded my every expectation! My only complaint was that I couldn't stay longer! The food is exceptional, its quality rivaled only by the quality of the customer service! The property was immaculately clean and ready to make your stay outstanding! I hope to stay again because it is rare you find a place like this!

We enjoyed our one night stay here. It was very, very quiet. We must have caught them at a quiet time as we did not see anyone else staying here. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The dining area was beautiful. They have a large deck to sit and enjoy your meals. The gardens are beautiful! The monkeys in the trees were fun to watch. The staff were helpful and kind.

We loved the Papyrus Guest House. The staff was super friendly and the dinner we had was excellent. There is a nice bar area to hang out at. The rooms were clean and safe but there was no air conditioning so it got a little warm for us. We felt safe while we were at the property. We did not seek to go out off the property for anything so we can't comment on that. Great value for the money.
