"Great place to stay very central close to everything including train I did not give it a five star because the rooms are not sound proof you could hear everything including conversations and noise coming from the street. It can be annoying if you are trying to get a good nights sleep. Otherwise the property is a good one."

"The hotel was pretty nice, set in gardens with a view of the lake. The room was a good size but could do with an update. Everything was clean, staff were lovely. We arrived pretty tired after a long drive and asked to use the spa and were told to go and seek out the spa and book it ourselves. I must admit, I didn't bother. Why they didn't get the spa to call our room or allow us to book at reception I guess we'll never know."

"Room was very clean and comfortable but some maintenance needed specially where the floor meet the walls. A\C worked fine. There was no soap/ shampoo in the room, called reception and in less than 5 minutes someone bring them to the room. Didn’t have breakfast. Tax per person was high compared to other hotels I stayed during the same week."
