“Great size of room. Food is excellent - the bar for meal in evening and breakfast is superb! Few areas look bit tired but know they are doing refurbishment at the minute. Decent value for money.”

“Overall, we had a great stay. The room was huge and the beds were very comfortable, although dated with furnishings. This wasn’t really an issue because it added to the overall charm of the place. The breakfast was amazing. Don’t even think of getting a package that doesn’t include breakfast. It was marvelous. We did have one rather uncomfortable experience with the attendants in the pool and gym area. We were just walking around, checking it out, fully dressed ( lol) …it was very obvious that...

“Lovely hotel with great amenities and lovely grounds. Room was great and a very generous breakfast served each day. The restaurant was a bit pricey however, food is delicious with good portions. Staff all very helpful. Will stay here again.”

“Just as advertised. Charming!”

“It's a decent place to stay. The staff is great. Just aging and so many little details in poor condition. And now this isn't the hotels fault per say but very noisy. Walls were paper thin and could hear other rooms talking and TV playing. Heater was on in my bathroom and the knob was broken so couldn't turn it off.”

“This was a great place! The car park was around the back of the building with plenty of spaces. The room was clean and well maintained and the bed was comfortable. We ate in the bar restaurant and the food was delicious. Our waiter, John, gave us excellent advice on things to see and do in the area and Trish, one of the managers, went above and beyond with hospitality. I’d definitely stay here again.”

“Beautiful property and a good place to refresh after a long flight. Quiet, owners were nice, and scones waiting for us upon arrival. 'True Ireland' location.”

“There was a lot of messages to read and i found the automated "virtual" check in and check out a bit clunky and unintuitive. I had to phone recepgion for help with both processes. I prechecked in and wojld have benefitted from a confirmation stating my key would be waiting. Coffee machine but no coffee. Post the WiFi and password more prominently”
