"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. "Four stars !! No way The bathroom was so small you ere basically standing in the shower to use wash basin. The place would struggle to be 3 stars. The sofa in the TV room was like a brick rock solid. The Bedroom was so small you could reach both walls from the bed. The apartment was very clean and basics were there but never again."
