โThis property and holiday was amazing. The only improvement I could see needed would be a little more variety with food - after a few days it got a little the same. Would have been good to see some theme nights - Chinese, Indian, British favourites etcโฆ โ
โReally lovely place. Room 4 was exceptional. Very clean, lovely decoration & very large room & huge bathroom. Highly recommend for a long weekend. Staff were incredibly helpful & friendly. Breakfast was delicious! โ
โWe had a great week here at AluaSoul, I donโt know what the poor reviews are about but the all inclusive option had as much food and drink to satisfy an army. The adults-only pool is lovely with lots of loungers with own fully stocked bar with snacks. Great staff. Really quiet and friendly place. Will be back. โ

โGut durchdachtes lock-in-System. Sehr schรถn ausgestattet. Schรถnes Ambiente, alles fuรlรคufig zu erreichen. Leider รถffnen die Cafes erst um 9:00, deshalb sollte man sich vorher evtl. mit ein paar Keksen ausstatten..โ
โUpon arrival I was offered a room with a view of the wall, although this was not specified in the booking conditions. The administrator Sylvia did not hesitate to change the room to a much more comfortable one, with a balcony. Many thanks to her!โ

โVery well located, unique hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. Lovely rooftop plunge pool / bar. Beautifully presented breakfast with tasty and varied selection of food and home baked items. Very spacious room with comfortable bed and good facilities. One suggestion would be the provision of some kind of mat in shower as floor could be slippy.โ
