"Stayed here for 4d3n. Conveniently located right across a shopping complex and Starbucks as well as right next to tram line that takes you right to the city center. The surrounding area was quiet - which was nice. The room itself was clean and minimalistic in design. Huge windows and good AC. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Rooms are slightly smaller than North American hotel rooms but found it to be a decent size for two people with a backpack and carryon each. Breakfast was alright, delicious fresh bread and juice. For 3 days of our stay, 1/2 of the elevators were out of service which made the usual waiting time frustratingly long - especially during peak hours. They offer free luggage storage which was a cost-saver as our train was scheduled for later in the evening. Within a 5 minute walk from a pharmacy, cafés, gas station, etc. Highly recommend!"

"Never had so much to say about a hotel . Yes it's brand new so all shiny and new but the staff go above and beyond and it feels like a home from home . The cleaning is to a high standard so much so we had to say don't clean our room today it's too clean . A free mini bar is an added bonus with daily beers soft drinks and water along with the free pick and mix , cake and fruit downstairs. The lovely roof top area is lovely to relax although only a few sunbeds there are plenty of tables and chairs , again press the button and they will corm to order drinks for you. The spa downstairs is a welcomed suprise and a nice calming relaxing space . The hotel is less than a 20 min walk from a square with some cafes and restaurants and then a further 10 mins or so to the river , perfectly located .The staff are always friendly and will greet you each time you walk past. We absolutely loved our stay here and across sad to leave . 100 percent recommend this place. Thank you once again Obrigada."
