"Fantastic hotel and staff are incredible. Special call-out to Anders who managed to swap us over to a room with improved WiFi (which was excellent basically throughout the hotel but we had a bit on an issue with one of our devices) -- but sorted with swapping to a room straight outside a WiFi router. The pub belonging to the hotel is decidedly the cosiest in the city, and with a proper ole English feel - as someone living in London, it's a big plus it doesn't smell of fermented beer on the carpeted floor! Pub food was surprisingly good, and amount of drinks - especially beers and whiskey for a reasonable price - is outstanding. Gym was great and empty each time we were there. Sauna superb and accessible free against being booked. Possibly top 5 hotel beds ever slept in - incredibly nice. Exceptionally quiet (in both rooms - reception confirmed super thick walls) and couldn't hear much of anything from outside or neighboring rooms. Breakfast buffet massive and delicious...they even have homemade Swedish meatballs and pickled herring {NB! not the fermented Surströmming, thank god!} Very clean all over, as expected with Swedish standards - but this place exceeds the average. Borrowed their bikes (for free with helmet, can you believe it!) which was very pleasant considering one of the best cities in Sweden if not the world, to explore by bike. Highlight staff were throughout just absolutely 10/10! We'll definitely come back and can't recommend it enough!"

"The hosts were excellent with open communication and always on hand to assist if we needed anything. There was one small issue however this was rectified immediately. The apartment was spacious, very clean and modern. We really enjoyed our visit here and would return if we were to visit Eskilstuna again. All amenities listed were available with some added extras. Overall a really nice experience. "

"Loved it. The owners made us a full buffet breakfast even though we were the only guests. Very friendly staff. Clean and tidy, good beds, rooms etc. One issue was getting access when we arrived in the evening. We needed to call and couldn’t because our Australian phone didn’t work for calls. Luckily someone helped us out and we got in. Highly recommend this place. "
