I stayed at Questa Thermal & Spa Hotel in Eskişehir and had a very nice experience. The staff are especially kind and helpful, which made the stay even better. The hotel itself is comfortable and a good choice if you are planning to stay in Eskişehir. I would recommend it.

Eskishahir city is so nice tourist city .

I like this 5 stars hotel because it’s comfortable, clean , friendly staff , underground car park , nice breakfast with a nice thermal mineral water pool , Turkish bath , salt bath , sauna and steam room . It’s covered all our expectations .

This hotel feels brand new. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is quite far from the city centre and there are limited dining options within walking distance. The staff were helpful, although some had only limited English.

Oda temizdi ancak dus gideri tikali oldugu icin wc su doldu ve odaya tasmasin diye havlulari yere koymak zorunda kaldik. Camlari acma ile ilgili odada uyari vardi bocekler icin, camlari korkumuzdan acamadik ve klima kis modunda oldugu icin oda sicakligini 25-26 derece altina dusuremedik. Spa alani kullanan kisilerin ellerinde yiyecek icecek ile girmesinden dolayi yeterince temiz degildi. Masajlar guzeldi ancak masozlerin cift masaji boyunca kendi dillerinde konusup aralarinda gulusmesi partnerimle beni rahatsiz etti. Personel genel olarak iyiydi. Fiyat / performans oteli ancak 5 yildiz kalitesinde diyemem.

İsminde "Termal" olan bir tesis için çok yetersizdi. Küçücük sıcak bile olmayan bir termal havuz ve sauna var. Buhar odası bile yoktu. Odalar çok sıradan, kahvaltı rezalet resmen aç kaldık yiyecek bir şey bulamadık fakat bunların karşısında istenilen para hiç de azımsanacak seviyede değildi. eskişehirde bir gece falan yatıp gezecekseniz tamam ama sakın termal ismine güvenerek gelmeyin, kahvaltıyı da otelde yapıp vakit kaybetmeyin.
