"Prima für alle, die nicht um 08.15 vom Putzwagen geweckt werden möchten. Die Wohnung war in gutem Zustand und mit den notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet. Der 3 Stock war ziemlich warm und ein Ventilator wäre gut gewesen! Leider ist das Haus im Dunkeln nicht gut zu finden und die Anreise mit Gepäck schwierig weil es abends keine Parkplätze gibt und wir alles 3 Stockwerke raufschleppen mussten. "Saubere, gemütliche Ferienwohnung die mit allem nötigen ausgestattet ist. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. In knapp 10Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Konnten immer ganz in der Nähe parken. Die Straßenbahn ist gleich um die Ecke sowie ein Supermarkt. Falls wir wieder nach Bochum kommen buchen wir wieder in der Metzstraße!"
