“Excellent location but a little difficult to find. Might be helpful to attach google maps to the instructions. Hotel offered parking for a charge but like many parking situations in Europe, entrance very narrow and parking difficult in spaces with a larger than typical vehicle. No access to coffee until the Bar/restaurant opened later in the morning. But that was more than offset by having guest washing machines and dryers available on floors, a big bonus! Laundry rooms and machines very clean,...

“The location was close to the Metro and a grocery store. There is beer in a vending machine in the lobby. Staff were friendly.”

“Ben collegata! Forse un asciugamani in più. Ma molto bene!”

“I stayed here for 6 nights, and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any hotel. During the entire stay, my room was never cleaned even once. When I asked the cleaning staff, I was told that my room was “not scheduled for cleaning,” and if I wanted it cleaned, I had to call a small phone number posted near the door. I called that number, but it turned out to be a disconnected line. I then tried to reach support through the app, but it only connected me to an AI chatbot, which was...
