Perfect place to stay if you are attending an event at Veltins Arena. The lovely young lady at the front desk even gave a small group of us a ride to the venue. And she was so pleasant and friendly. We even walked back to the hotel after the concert and it was a nice, safe trip. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. This property delivered exactly what we were looking for.

Very Disappointed a big let down

Hi There this was the worse Hotel experience of our trip so far . We arrived Nobody at reception Then our room 1 pillow 1 cover 1 Towel 1 Toilet roll Once We got that sorted (with thin uncomfortable pilloww ) issues continued with no water in the room no cups not tea or coffee no bin in Toilet clock not working overall a Very Dissatisfied stay as this hotel was expensive and was extremely basic in a poor location with not alot of amenities therefore i would Definitely Avoid Staying here and would not recommend. Got a better room and amenities with a cheaper hotel

Achtung vor den Empfangsdamen in Verbindung mit euren Kreditkarten... 3Tage nach HotelĂŒbernachtung wurde bei Apple zwei Zahlungen in Gesamthöhe von 275Euro abgebucht... Ich habe weder einen Apple Account, noch hat jemand Zugang zu meiner Kreditkarte.

Sehr freundliches junges Personal. WĂŒnsche bezĂŒglich eines Zimmers wurde sofort umgesetzt und selber von der Dame an der Rezeption erledigt. Obwohl wir nur mit 3 Personen im Hotel waren bekamen wir ein tolles FrĂŒhstĂŒck 🍳👍

Leider eine komplette EnttÀuschung

Bei der Ankunft 15 Minuten Wartezeit da Rezeption unbesetzt, ein anderer Gast wartete bereits 10 Minuten lĂ€nger. In einem unfreundlichen Ton wurde uns dann mitgeteilt dass sie ihren Job gemacht hat und in der WĂ€scherei im Keller war. Außerdem kann sie keine 2Jobs gleichzeitig machen und die Klingel seit kaputt wei der Akku fehlt. Mein Problem? Dann trotz Visitenkarte falsche Adresse auf der Rechnung, dann funktionierte erst die 3. Zimmerkarte und bei Grad Außentemperatur war das Fenster offen. Beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck stand an vielen Tischen schmutziges Geschirr, abrĂ€umen Fehlanzeige.

TyvĂ€rr ingen information om varken nĂ€romrĂ„de eller annat- enkel frĂ„ga om restaurang förblev obesvarad. Ingen servis typ bar eller servering - eftersom lite off lĂ€ge vore det trevligt. Info om spa var tveksamt- allmĂ€nt ihop med gym i nĂ€rheten. ÄndĂ„ - stora fina rum - super frĂ€scht rent o fint!!

Endlich mal ein Hotelzimmer was auch den Fotos auf der Webseite gerecht wurde.Alles war top gepflegt und sehr sauber. Auch das dazugehörige Fitnesscenter und der Saunabereich waren sehr ansprechend. Wir waren so begeistert,das wir direkt nochmal gebucht haben und werden diese Locatie öfter aufsuchen.

Peut mieux faire

J'avoue ĂȘtre un peu partagĂ© sur mon sĂ©jour dans cet Ă©tablissement. TrĂšs peu de personnel prĂ©sent sur place (je suis arrivĂ© Ă  20h00 le premier jour et clairement la rĂ©ceptionniste attendait mon arrivĂ©e pour pouvoir partir...). Je n'ai croisĂ© personne au petit-dĂ©jeuner avec des tables qui restent Ă  redresser aprĂšs le passage des hotes prĂ©cĂ©dents. Sur ma chambre, la poubelle de la salle de bains n'Ă©tait pas vidĂ©e Ă  mon arrivĂ©e et ma chambre n'a pas Ă©tĂ© faite entre les 2 nuits passĂ©es lĂ -bas. Quand j'en ai fait part Ă  la rĂ©ception on m'a fait comprendre que c'Ă©tait de ma faute car je n'avais pas mis le panneau demandant de faire ma chambre sur ma poignĂ©e de porte... Le prix Ă©tait en revanche le mĂȘme que si la chambre avait Ă©tĂ© faite. Dommage car les chambres sont spacieuses et agrĂ©ables, mĂȘme si elles sont un peu froides sur la dĂ©co.

Zimmersauberkeit war schrecklich und bei meinem Aufenthalt von insgesamt 2 Wochen ein Problem welches nicht nur Zufall war. Hotelpersonal in keinster Weise ansatzweise ausgebildet. Hervorragender Wellnessbereich und kostenlose ParkplĂ€tze stehen zur VerfĂŒgung. Sehr hellhörige Umgebung die auch recht unsicher war.

Sehr schade, dass man nicht ans Telefon geht, wenn man anruft. Wir wollten vorher abklÀren, ob das Zimmer schon bereit ist. Auch schade war, dass die Seifenspender leer waren. hotel staff very helpful and were able to assist me even though my German is terrible hotel room is well styled and in reasonable condition bed only had one pillow extra one was in cupboard but with no cover in room mini bar not stocked but product is available during business hours in the lobby but nothing after hours
