"Stayed for Euro 2024 game clean and tidy rooms basic but comfortable . Would stay again "

"The hotel seems to have had a recent make over and a re-brand. The room was immaculately clean and the bathroom looked new and was also very good. My only criticism is the lack of amenities; if you want a kettle or iron you need to go to a store cupboard on the ground floor to get it yourself and there is no fridge in the room. Apart from that my partner and I enjoyed the quiet and were very pleased with the room quality"

"Would definitely stay again. Parking was easy and great location to get to multiple destinations! Bathroom was a bit tight, but very functional and clean. Spa facilities are excellent! Would book again (but need car)!"

"The fact there are no staff at all makes the phone customer service even more important but they did not keep their word and in fact thought it amusing that I may have to call them at midnight because my code was not working as promised. The area on a weekend can also be loud with party goers. I did not like it alas but there are plenty of shops and places to eat and the place looks good on the surface. What was bad was the room was not serviced and it was too cold. "

"Apartment war nicht sauber (Boden, Bad Wandfliesen, Waschmecken). Zimmer mit Doppelbett gebucht und ein Zimmer mit Einzelbett erhalten. Ansprechpartner konnte nur Englisch aber war bemüht und freundlich. „Hotel“ ist vermutlich auf Langzeitmiete ausgelegt und nicht für einzelne Übernachtungen. "
