It would help if the name Fawn Chalet Lower was listed in the description as we had a hard time finding it We did check in an hour early, but thought the unit would be ready for us. "Property was clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious! Location is good-nothing is too far away from anything in tiny Estes. You cannot walk to downtown from here though-that would be too far. Breakfast is no longer included in the stay. There is a restaurant offering breakfast beginning at 6am onsite now. Towels and bedsheets aren't very soft but for the price I wasn't expecting them to. They have a nice game room and indoor pool. TV channel selection was good. There's a good pizza place across the street you can walk to."
