"Although the staff at the facility were very helpful and professional, unfortunately, if you are like me and are a light sleeper, this might not be the hotel for you. I believe the reason is the design and construction of structure itself - if you are on the ground or second floor, you can hear almost every footstep, clump, door close, etc. I am not sure what the hotel can do about this, but I think it is a significant issue. "The Chelsea was a convenient place for us to stay. It's an old building but well kept. The one drawback we found was that it was very noisy. We could hear people in the hallway from our room plain as day. They have a lovely pool and hot tub also."

"Where the hotel scored highly was in communication -prompt answers to questions about late night shuttle, and acknowledged very late arrival. Room was good for price. Shuttle both ways was as per timings. Only minor minus breakfast doesnt start til 0730 on weekend."
