"Wir waren schon das zweite Mal Hrad Vildstejn. Und wieder hat sich bestätigt, es hat alles von vorne bis hinten gepasst. Angefangen vom Zimmer, ein sehr großes geräumiges Zimmer, bzw. Zwei. Das Frühstück war auch gut, war alles da was man braucht und was satt macht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Dame an der Rezeption kann deutsch, also besser als ich tschechisch."

"In short: one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Worst of all is the customer service. There was only one person at reception who spoke poor English. All the rest of the staff speak only German, all information and signs are in German. When checking in, we did not receive any information about amenities, facilities, absolutely nothing.
