“We had an amazing weekend at the Fish and Anchor Inn and highly recommended it to anyone looking for a relaxed and value for money getaway while visiting Stratford or the Cotswolds. As it's an inn we checked in at the bar, then accessed the room via a separate entrance at the rear of the pub. The pub does karaoke on Friday and Saturday nights, and the patrons are very welcoming. “보통 호텔에서만 숙박하는데 영국 시골에서는 B&B로 여행하는게 확실히 좋은 것 같아요. 이곳은 조식 맛집이라는 구글 후기 보고 예약했는데 확실히 다른 곳보다 조식이 잘 나왔습니다. 방도 안락하고, 욕실도 깨끗하고 흠잡을데가 없는 숙소였습니다. 다만, 체크인 시에 6시 이전에 갔음에도 체크인은 비대면으로 이뤄졌습니다. 인터폰을 통해 현관 앞 열쇠통의 비밀번호를 듣고 열쇠를 가지고 현관문을 연다음 다시 열쇠통에 넣어야 했습니다. 그리고 인터폰으로 룸 넘버를 안내받고 룸에 바로 올라갔습니다. 저는 영국 거주중이라 영어 사용에 어려움이 없어서 괜찮았지만, 혹시 영어 사용이 어려운 분이시라면 체크인이 힘들게 느껴질수도 있습니다.”

“They thought of every detail for the room. It was beautiful! And it was so nice to have treats and drinks waiting for us in our room after a long day of travel. “A friend and I visited the Railway Inn for a nights stay recently. The rooms are in an adjacent building from the Inn, so are completely seperate. The twin room we had was a very generous size, we even a sitting area and an ouside area. The staff at the Inn we really nice to deal with and very helpful. We arrived in time to have food at the Inn, which was really nice. We'd definitely stay there again.”

“Fun old hotel that you’ll really enjoy if you like staying in a tradition hotel above a bar/pub/restaurant. No noise complaints so don’t worry there’s going to be bumping music keeping you awake. Bed was good, room was clean and shower was hot. Several drinks and snacks in the room. Right across the street is cafes for breakfast and within walking distance is lots of shopping. ”

“Very convenient in the middle of Stratford Upon Avon. 10min easy walk from train station. Friendly staff. Comfy room and bed. Stairs are steep so if you have mobility restrictions could be a little awkward but not many steps and I had no issue with it. Some noise in the morning around 7.30am with keg delivery for the pub downstairs which woke me but if you're an early riser that wouldn't be an issue and was niyand peaceful the rest of the time. Overall an excellent stay and I'll be back!”
