"First stay in the Crown Plaza in Stratford upon avon but we try to go two or three times a year,and have stayed in quite a few different Hotels, but the Crown Plaza is my favourite,it's a beautiful Hotel,the room was lovely and the staff are wonderful friendly and so helpful,the place is spotless and the garden overlooking the river is so nice to sit and have a meal and drinks,can't wait to hopefully go again before too long."

"Incredible place. Couldn't fault much, which is rare. The only thing we struggled with were the swim times for kids as there were strict adult-only sessions. However, staff couldn't have done more - they were attentive, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice enough and food from the main evening menu was good. The grounds are lovely and the inside is stunning. So many nice places to sit and relax or eat and drink. Location-wise, the hotel is in the centre of a triangle of places to visit. We chose Warwick for dinner on the first night. Dogs are welcome but this doesn't compromise the cleanliness of the hotel or rooms. We had the most incredible stay. Would definitely recommend and come back."

Pool nice, surroundings a little tired, could do with a good spruce up.

"Absolutely beautiful hotel situated in the middle of Stratford upon Avon literally a minute walk to Shakespeare’s birth place home. The staff are so helpful and nice. We arrived late yet still able to grab dinner in the restaurant at 9pm.
The food here is outstanding. Breakfast included also on point. Truly we didn’t have anything negative to say about our stay. "

"Booked the stay last minute for the Jazz Festival,and so glad we chose Malmaison. Alex at the front desk was fantastic,friendly and very welcoming and we were also able to park in the underground garage. We stayed in a Club deluxe room which was amazing,overall couldn’t fault anything,this hotel will now be our go to hotel in Cheltenham."
