"This our second stay here, we like the roof top patio as the main reason we stay here, we like to sit outside during the day and late evenings, there are chairs and patio furniture and if the weather is cooperating you can see matterhorn from the rooftop. Breakfast was plentiful with boiled eggs, yogurt,cheeses and assortment of bread and sliced ham, salami and fruit and vegetables. Rooms were small but expected we opted for no room cleaning to get a free drink the next day, new towels received when requested. Easy location to walk to from the train station and gondola up the mountain. Front desk were great, check in easy and we would return again."

"We stayed only one night at the Hotel Ambassador in Zermatt. I wish we could have stayed longer. The front desk clerk was friendly and professional, the rooms were more spacious than expected and the hotel amenities were clean and accommodating. The view of the Matterhorn from our balcony was breathtaking."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel was excellent, and the staff truly made our experience special. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"Good location walkable distance to CittCity Centre and train stations. We selected a room with a balcony that can see the Matterhorn but it’s a big pity that there is a construction crane in the foreground during our stay. Breakfast area is very cosy."

"4 min walk from train station. Make a right out of train station. Second side street after McDonalds. Not located on main street. Breakfast, check in and out out of Hotel simi which is at the end of the same street on right side, 10 sec walk. Excellent stay. Matterhorn was white out and has free bus to hotel. About 30 min if you walk. But we did train Gornegrat. Leaves from train station. Dont miss the zoom and virtual paragliding up there. Trains every 20 min."
