"The apartment itself was great, well-designed, well-equipped, and very clean. Everything else was a nightmare. Online check-in didn't work. When they finally let me in, my room wasn't ready, although it was more than three hours after the check-in time advertised on the website. During my stay, there was deafening construction noise at all hours...

"I was charged for the booking by Expedia but the hotel said the room was not paid for, so we assumed it was payment on arrival and paid the hotel. When we returned home, we found that Expedia had also charged us for the same stay. Furthermore the hotel did not provide us with an official receipt, that we can remember. As a result, we are having difficulty getting our duplicate payment refunded from Expedia. We are attempting to contact the hotel to obtain a copy of their receipt to prove to Expedia that we have paid the hotel, directly, in the hope to get our duplicate payment refunded."

Lacked clear communication upon arrival.

" “The hotel was clean and good, but the issue was that when I arrived late, there was no communication to let me know where the key was placed. When I got there, the door was locked. They had left a phone number, so I had to call it to find out where the key was. This was a bit uncomfortable for me, especially when you arrive somewhere unfamiliar.”"

"Beautiful Rooms and wonderful location; only negative was we were on the 4th floor with a lot of luggage (5 large bags) which was difficult to transport up tthe stairs as there wasn't a lift. Otherwise cannot fault this hotel and would stay again (but request a lower room to make it easier)."
