The arrival instructions seemed geared toward guests arriving by car, and there weren’t clear directions for those using rideshare or public transportation. It also would have been helpful to have the exact building address rather than just the complex name, as that made navigation more difficult on arrival. "Thanks to other reviews we made sure to book a room with two beds for more space. The room was super cute and well taken care of. Staff was very friendly. Annoying that parking wasn't included in the price as due to the location of the parking lot, it seems like it should be included-- valet was kinda pointless. Although the valet staff were very friendly and professional."
