The breakfast room was quite cold in the mornings during my stay. The breakfast room did not have any table spoons only tea spoons. The breakfast room used plastic beakers and not glasses. "Beautiful place in the Italian Countryside. Far enough from the town to feel like a proper escape, but close enough to reach with a nice walk. Very kind and helpful owner, and lovely homemade cake for breakfast!"

"At the arrival time (4:40pm) the heating was not working. My room was cold and the bathroom had no hot water. The staff came and after three and half hours, it has started working. I was moved into another room with hot water, but the heating was off. Still, the room was not warm till 8:15pm. The staff was supportive, but they should have checked the heating before my arrival. The location is great and the breakfast is offered at a small pastry (200m from the property)."
