“보내주신 긴급한 메일 잘 봤습니다. 황당하고 어이없네요. 상황설명을 드리자면, 저는 예약된 호텔에 2시경에 도착했으며, 아예 로비자체가 닫혀있는 상황에서 호텔측하고 연락을 취해보고자 전화를 시도했습니다. 처음에 약 13초가량 통화가 되었을땐 호텔측에서 익스피디아에 뭔가를 얘기했다면서 잠시만 기다려달라는 요청을 하고 끈어버렸습니다. 그 뒤에 10통이 넘는 전화를 해봤음에도 받을 수 없는 연락이라는 피드백만 받았으며 호텔에 붙어있는 주차장 전화부터 근처에있는 바버샵에 들어가서 물어보기까지 모든 수단을 다 동원해봤으나 확인할 방법이 없었습니다. 40도에 가까운 때양볕에 저희 장인어른, 장모님께서는 약 1시간 가까이 무거운 캐리어와 씨름하시다가 두통과 피로를 호소하시기 시작하셨고, 다행히 예약된 호텔 주변 eden 이라는 근처 호텔을 주변 행인들에게 물어물어 들어왔습니다. 방은 1실에 125유로씩 저하고 와이프 1개, 장인어른 장모님 1개 잡아서 총 250유로가...
