"Have stayed here many times over 10 years .. great location .. I would just suggest maybe they check the facilities all work , as TV was not fully working and whilst it did get fixed just a little inconvenient for us and staff. Air con was set too warm and staff had to reset lower for us as could not be changed in the room. Having said this I would still happily stay here again. "

"Our stay was excellent here at bello! Suites. Alberto was friendly and accomodating throughout. We self checked in and had easy to follow instructions. There was an slight issue with the blinds and alberto found a solution immediately. Great location and base to explore the surrounding areas of the lake as you are very close to the ferry port. "Yazia was a great host. Our train from Milan was cancelled, which meant we were very late arriving and well outside of normal check in time. Nothing was too much trouble for Yazia who gave us a great welcome. The “hotel” was very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean, in a great location not far from the lake and with an abundance of restaurants on the door step. Sabrina had it nicely prepared for our arrival though she was unable to welcome us as we arrived after 2:30 pm.
