"We had a lovely welcome to the hotel. The room was spacious and clean with air conditioning which was great with the hot weather we could experience during our stay. We enjoyed our relaxed breakfast with a great buffet selection in an beautiful setting. housekeeping was friendly and made a good job during our stay, always trying to make sure the room is tidy and clean and adjusted to our time schedule. We had a balcony with great view over the pool, lake and mountains. The hotel had an amazing gym for a hotel, which my son and husband enjoyed very much. I think they would have enjoyed a more friendly and passionate staff there, but It was overall a very pleasant stay and we will be definitely be back."

"This is a unique property set on a hilltop overlooking Lake Varese. It is very peaceful and truly a grand property that has old meeting new. The hotel is a historic property so note that it has all that is charming and wonderful about being an older property and don’t expect the latest smart tv, etc. The pool area is fabulous and we enjoyed the meals at both the hotel dining room and pool bar area. Highly recommended!"

"This hotel is absolutely AWESOME! We really enjoyed our stay there. Prod: Awesome and friendly staff. The breakfast is excellent. Cleanliness stands out. Cons: None My wife and I and our 7 years old twins stayed there 4 nights, and even my daughter said this is the best hotel we every stayed at. We will be back in 3 weeks."

"Loved this hotel. I just had wanted to swim in the lake and when I went on the stone steps to go into the lake I fell due to a slimy substance being all over the stairs that you could not see. I was lucky i only hurt my back and arms and didn’t hit my head. This area needs to be roped off so no one gets killed on these steps."
