“Room was so clean, staff were super accommodating! The hotel manager was super helpful and friendly with fantastic meal and bar suggestions! The breakfast was fantastic! ”

“호텔 위치가 중심인 폰타델가다에서 멀기는 하지만 침대사이즈가 커서 어른2면 아이1명이 같이 자기에 좁지는 않았습니다. 사우나 사용도 가능했고 한가지 아쉽다면 인사이드 풀장의 물이 따뜻했으면 더 좋았을것 같네요. 주변에 만족스러운 레스토랑이 많이 없어서 호텔에서 식사하거나 다른 지역으로 나가야합니다. 호텔에서 식사하는 경우 예약이 필요합니다.”

I was traveling alone and they helped plan my days by giving me places to visit and food options while there My luggage didn’t arrive for 3 days and they told me where to go for clothing as well as called the airlines for updates. The restaurant had no problems with me desiring to eat in my room instead of the establishment. Will stay there again on return ”

“Private gated villa located in great town. Local hot springs are less than a 10 minute walk. Staff was great, cleaned daily, did laundry upon request, left local foods after each cleaning. Overall a wonderful stay.”

We stayed in early April and the weather was beautiful but unpredictable (as usual in the Azores) and our room stayed a comfortable temperature the entire time without using the thermostat. The only change I'd make is more variety at breakfast and more opportunity to try the Azorean beef at dinner! ”

Zimmer 6, das wir gebucht hatten, ist relativ klein und zur Straße, wir haben vor Ort in Zimmer 3 gewechselt, auch die 4, 7 und 8 sind zu empfehlen.
