Bathroom in my room was outdated. Bed was saggy. Limited dining options and not the best quality food for the price. Nice and professional servers and front desk personnel. Construction going on made the experience a little less enjoyable.

Didn’t expect this from the Marriott

We were traveling for a soccer game. I’m off the parents called the hotel, told the clerk we would need several rooms,be arriving late in the afternoon , asked if there was a pool & if they had restaurant & breakfast? The clerk said Yes to everything. Great. Because of this, we all booked at the Marriott. Well, the pool closed at dusk because the lights we broken, the restaurant was closed because there wasn’t anyone to cook, the bar/lounge was closed because there’s no bartender & on & on. We didn’t expect this from the Marriott. We’d stayed at the Marriott in Santa Rosa recently & it was incredible & when we told the clerk that we were disappointed about the pool being closed she said we should have called first which was the first thing we did & reason we stayed there.
