“Staff was useless kitchen was empty except for food left in the fridge and cabinet. A one use shampoo and one of the smallest soap ever seen was the only toiletries. At 5:30 in the morning drunks or drugies banging on the door and screaming in the room next to me lasted half hour. I normally don’t do this but avoid this place at all costs”

“After four days of smoking in a building it is illegal to. I told Nathan at the front desk about it. Later when my neighbor was smoking I invited him up to smell it. He told me he did, and said he would handle the situation. For the rest of the stay my neighbor smoked (3 days). Nothing was done to my neighbor illegally smoking in the building. On top of that there were many cockroaches I killed during my stay. I can’t tell people what to do, but I would not stay here in the future.”

“The rooms are not the cleanest. There was food left over in the fridge from a previous guest (including milk that expired a week prior); the sofa bed sheets were dirty and there was an old washcloth in them. We couldn’t/wouldn’t use the sofa bed. The bathroom had visible mold, and the shower leaked all over the floor. At checkout time there was a sign saying that the lobby was closed; so we had to wait for the employee to come back so that we could check out. Nice area, but sketchy guests. ...

“처음 배정 받은 방은 담배냄새가 났지만 프론트에 부탁하여 냄새없는 방을 곧 배정받았습니다. 조식은 커피. 시리얼, 미니햄버거, 팬케익으로 조촐한 편이었지만 주차비는 따로 청구하지 않습니다. 보증금250 달러는 다른 숙소에 비해 좀 과하다고 생각합니다. ”

“Loved this hotel. First time staying in a LivInn. Excellent staff, decent breakfast, super clean, Lobby very inviting . The pool area with a fire pit was awesome! Everytime I Come to Cincinnati, I will stay here and refer friends and family”

“The only thing I did not like was that on Monday morning we had pod coffee, not the big pot of coffee. I was there for three nights.”

“시설이 좀 오래되긴 하지만 가성비로 괜찮습니다. 제가 투숙한데는 화장실 바닥컨디션이 좀 별로였지만 뜨거운 물, 드라이기 출력좋구요. 아침은 무료인데 거의 메뉴가 같아요. 디너 간식+맥주도 무료이긴한데 출장이라 사용은 못해봤네요. 주차가 무료셀프인게 가장 맘에 들었습니다. 근처에 있는 식당에 치킨이 맛있네요”
