Exceptional and so cool, it’s a renovated warehouse, 30 ft ceilings, cement floors with rugs, great beds, uber clean, fresh & new, great linen, shower products… the staff was A+, University Miami spirit all the way, 20 min from University of Miami. Rosie sets up complimentary coffee bar for Miami events. Parking so easy and free. I have already booked next trip.

I had a wonderful time. The only thing was the parking was quite a hike. The security on the doors made me feel extra safe but not being able to access the building at the side entrance made the hike much more frustrating.

Everything was as advertised, beds were comfortable, rooms were well pointed, hotel was packed, but very quit. Parking, however, was a bit of an issue. The parking lots can fill up and there are wasted spots, because the spots are not painted so some people take 2 spots . Also free coffee on the main floor is nice, but should have milk, skim milk, and 1/2 & 1/2 instead of the creamer packets.

Cool property but if you have allergies and asthma make sure you book the 2nd or 3rd floor. This is a former mill with a warehouse feel The first floor has the original exposed ductwork etc. so it’s very musty. Otherwise very welcoming, clean and great front desk. Good coffee (free of charge) in the lobby.
