This is our second stay at this Hotel as we stop for a visit with friends. It was nice to enjoy a reasonable priced meal in yiur new restaurant. The only difference from our forst stay was there was no welcome packages for our 2 cats (which they received at the fiat stay) Perhaps this is something that thwy sont do anymore? Very friendly staff at all i.nteraction. We love the early morning coffee available in the Lobby.

Clean room. Friendly staff throughout. Excited to see it grow. Helpful hints: Handicap parking is NOT easily accessible. Valet parking would be great. No bars in the shower for those who need the safety. Toilet is super low!

We had a great stay! Room was very nice size, loved the tall ceilings. Beds were very comfortable. Our room faced the street. I’m a light sleeper and was able to get good rest. Didn’t need to leave the facility for food and drinks. We ate at the bar on site. Great selection of food and drink. Bartenders were very friendly. I’d also like to mention how friendly and helpful the front desk staff were as well. We’d stay here again!

This was our first time staying at this property and we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are subdivided sections of an old paper factory. We were surprised at how quiet the rooms were considering how high the ceilings were with polished cement floors. Very clean accommodations and the staff was very friendly,. Good option for finding lodging near Miami University/Oxford, Ohio.

I liked the overall feel of the sturdy, spacious concrete and steel building. No squeaky wood sounds as you walk in the rooms and hallways. Great staff also. The only (small) negative was the tiny squared pillows. Longer and fatter pillows are more comfortable for someone like me who often switched positions during sleep.

Great Stay

Hotel was very unique. We were staying for a football camp at Miami University so it was convenient to have the facility next door to workout. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was very clean.
