"We’ve stayed here several times. One thing I can always brag on is how clean this Best Western is. I’m not one for smells in places, but this place smells great! It’s clean and the staff have always been so nice and accommodating! Our air went crazy 2 nights and the temp got so cold we couldn’t stand it, but the front desk staff gave us king comforters to warm up and she called the HVAC service tech, both nights it didn’t take them 5 minutes to get to the room. The 2nd night, the tech that came replaced the entire unit by himself! Very impressed with the HVAC TEAM!! Staff, too!
Now the food, I’ll not eat again. Before Covid, they had the BEST BUFFET BREAKFAST! But now it’s $14.95 a person to eat. I’m sure this is Best Western making these decisions. I was shocked I had to pay $3.00 for a cup of coffee! I’ve never stayed anywhere I had to pay for coffee! I bought a sausage biscuit and a ham and cheese biscuit and they cost me over $16.00!! My biscuit was so hard I could barely eat half of it!
You can’t take a cup of your own to the pool, you have to buy what their bar offers! $$$ So we didn’t go there.
All in all if you’re looking for a great comfortable place with a great staff this is great! But if you’re wanting perks or extras, this is not the place! We will be back, but I’ll be prepared for no coffee in the rooms! As much as it cost, they could at least let you have free coffee."
