Although listed as "deluxe", the unit was missing many amenities (utensils, towels etc). I can appreciate this was "off season", but the unit could have been better prepared for guests.

The property itself is good. However its strange that there is no staff on site after a certain time. I received a call from the hotel while I was on my way asking what time I expect to check -in and was advised that the keys to my room will be posted on the reception door as not staff will be present.

We left a day early just to get out of there. They claim a hot tub but it’s not open unless you call them to turn the heat on and take the cover off. I asked what restaurants he recommended. His reply was that the only thing open that evening was Subway. The room was dark which made it feel dirty and there is no tv in the bedroom. Couldn’t leave fast enough and take the hit on the lost night.
