"The service here was among the best I've experienced. We stayed for just 1 night. I arrived for breakfast 5 minutes after it closed, (door was closed and locked) thinking I still had 5 minutes (because the clock in our room was wrong), I went to the front desk and saw that I was in fact late and was about to just walk away when the staff member asked me what I needed. He walked me to the breakfast room and let me in so I could eat. I thought that was great service."

"Room was clean, quiet and spacious. It had everything we needed and staff were friendly at the check-in desk. We found the grounds to be very dark . My only suggestion would be to upgrade the pathway lighting for safety and to make it easier to find your room at night especially in winter when it is dark by 5:00. Lovely stay otherwise."

"Me and my wife spent a few nights before the busy hustle and bustle of Christmas and we cannot say enough good things about this place. From the area to the food from the in-house restaurant to the friendliness of the front desk and cleaning crew, we are very grateful.. We will definitely be coming again in the future and cannot wait to spend some time in the summer in this wonderful hotel and a beautiful area of Parksville.. PS can’t say enough about the chef at the restaurant and the service from the workers there. "
