Despite the language barrier Ginette was great and spoke better English than we did French. However, the issues were with the room itself. When we entered the room it actually looked great with the bedroom being separate and up one flight of stairs but there was a damp musty smell that we thought may have just been from being closed. "We were a little disappointed with the room, as although it was charmingly decorated, there was little space to store clothing and therefore it wasn’t convenient for the 9 nights that we’d booked it for. Hence, we moved out and found somewhere else to stay after 4 nights. One of the beams near the bed was in fact quite dangerous if you got out of bed during the night. My wife banged her shoulder on this and you could easily bang your head if half asleep. It’s the sort of place where you’d only...
