This was unfortunately one of the worst hotel stay I’ve experienced so far. The only positive was Lamiaa, who was incredibly kind and accommodating — she waited for us even after check-in had closed because we had mistakenly gone to another hotel with the same name (Scoiattolo), which caused us to detour for over an hour. She was genuinely friendly, and we appreciated that the hotel also allowed us to park our car freely. The surroundings outside the hotel offer fairly nice mountain views as well. However, the hotel itself was extremely disappointing. The design felt very dated and poorly put together, giving off a make-shift and somewhat eerie atmosphere. There were no basic amenities provided — no cups, spoons, coffee, or tea. The toilet was super old and uncomfortable, with improvised furniture used to hang towels, worn-out mirrors, and plastic-wrapped mouthwash cups that appeared to have been sitting there for a long time and had become sticky. The corridors felt empty, as if no one was staying there. The location was also highly inconvenient, far from popular areas and eateries, making a car absolutely necessary. We had to drive at least two hours to reach most sightseeing spots. Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay and far from what we expected. We believe we may have booked the wrong Scoiattolo hotel, as this experience did not match our expectations at all.

Friendly, helpful staff, and hotel was fine, but in the year 2022, in a first-world country, when you say you have Wi-Fi, you NEED to have WORKING WI-FI. I’m booking my room based on the fact you said you have Wi-Fi because I NEED WI-FI. I need to check the weather, I need to map my route, I need to text my family, and I should be able to do all of this from the comfort of my room BECAUSE YOU SAID THERE WAS WI-FI. Buy a new router, call the cable guy, I don’t care what you have to do, but don’t say you have free Wi-Fi when that Wi-Fi is limited to the lobby. I don’t want to have to sit in the lobby for an hour just so I can use the internet.

Soggiorno breve per ultima sciata di stagione, camera piccolina ma abbastanza confortevole visto che ero da solo. Purtroppo abbiamo dovuto annullare il soggiorno alla vigilia dello stesso per problemi di salute: l'hotel ha applicato in maniera molto rigida la penale prevista, richiedendo il pagamento dell'intero soggiorno e non dimostrando alcuna disponibilità nei nostri confronti. Abbiamo richiesto di poter rimandare il soggiorno ad un momento successivo per non perdere i soldi ma non è stata mostrata alcuna comprensione ne disponibilità nei nostri confronti. Usualmente l'ospitalità in montagna è molto diversa.... siamo rimasti molto amareggiati...

Il personale è giovane, preparato e molto professionale. Le camere sono perfettamente pulite e molto comode. Ci rechiamo a Falcade quasi ogni anno, quest'anno per la prima volta con la nostra bimba di 16 mesi e non avendo trovato un appartamento per pochi giorni di soggiorno abbiamo scommesso su questo albergo. Ne siamo stati contenti. Il rapporto qualità / prezzo è complessivamente alto ed il personale molto gentile. Qualche rinnovo qua e là - soprattutto alla rubinetteria del bagno - e magari un piccolo frigo in stanza ci avrebbero reso il soggiorno più agevole, ma la disponibilità del personale ha largamente compensato queste piccole mancanze. Detesto la musica rap, rock e punk e pertanto avrei cambiato il costante sottofondo musicale al bar e ristorante molto volentieri, ma d'altro canto mi è piaciuto essere in un hotel gestito da gente giovane che oltre a lavorare con serietà sa anche creare un ambiente leggero.

Mi trovo in questo albergo per il secondo anno poichè ha un buon rapporto prezzo qualità. Stanza e bagno grandi caldi e confortevoli cena varia abbondante con bel buffet di verdure fresche e calde. La colazione è varia e molto abbondante. Il proprietario molto garbato cortese con cui abbiamo fatto amicizia. il personale è sempre cortese e disponibile. Se torno a Falcade lo riconfermo
