"The rooms are to small, the food had no seasoning nor taste. There was no turn down service. Most staff didn’t know English and over all value not worth the money I paid to stay there. Would I recommend this hotel to my colleagues friends or family NO! "

"We had a relaxing stay at this property. After some minor issues with our room at the start of our stay, we ended up having a wonderful trip. The issues were quickly rectified by the staff. The pool was lovely and well maintained. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days at ER&S. We were B&B, breakfast choices were superb and we purposely requested to be served in Mariela's section; a polite, welcoming, friedly young woman who the hotel would do well to promote to 'Customer Service Training Manager!' Beautiful pools with an abundance of loungers and umbrellas. We would happily return. "

"Hotel was very nice and friendly staff. Food was pretty good for a buffet. The aircon was limited to 22 degrees and every time you opened your back or front door it reset itself to 24 degrees. We left the aircon on when we was by the pool and the cleaners left the balcony door cracked open every day so the aircon wouldn't be running (they must get told to do this to save energy) so it was a struggle to cool down in 35+ degree heat"
