Decent 3* hotel - big rooms but interior from the 70-80s and quite worn out. OK bathrooms. However, the food at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was very poor and overpriced.

Familientreffen in Coronazeiten

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt an diesem historischen Ort. Das Personal war freundlich, die Zimmer sauber. Manche Möbelstücke zeigten Abnutzungszeichen, auch im Bad gab es mal eine Katsche in der Fliese, aber uns hat das wirklich nicht gestört, der Pflegezustand war gut. Bei der Bewirtung fiel auf, dass Küchenkräuter anscheinend nicht so wichtig genommen werden,z. B. fehlte den Petersilienkartoffeln die Petersilie und beim Coctail die Minze. Der Sauvignon blanc war am 1. Abend aus und auch am 2. Abend nicht da, war aber immer noch nicht auf der Karte markiert. Das war schade. Überwogen hat dennoch der gute Eindruck, den das Haus, das Personal und der Schloßpark gemacht haben, wir würden gern wieder dort übernachten.

Haus mit Verbesserungspotential!

Wir waren mal wieder auf einem Kurztrip durch den Harz unterwegs und haben zum Abschluss das Parkhotel gebucht.Check-Inn problemlos,Personal kompetent und freundlich eigentlich Alles gut!Jedoch war der Pool nicht nutzbar(auf Grund eines kürzlichen Hochwassers)und am späten Nachmittag war es dann auch mit dem Fernsehen vorbei.Es gab dann nur noch Holländisches Fernsehen...ein jedoch schon mal dagewesenes Problem!Naja,da sollte es dann das Abendessen ausgleichen,das hat Es aber nicht geschafft.Wir saßen fast 20Minuten ehe Wir die Speisekarte und die Frage nach Getränken bekamen und fanden Das nicht gerade gut!Essen war dafür sehr gut und die Getränke mundeten Uns auch.Das Frühstücksbüffet am kommenden Morgen war recht ordentlich,Wir kennen es aber von einem früheren Aufenthalt um Einiges besser!Alles in Allem kein zufriedenstellender Kurzaufenthalt und ob Wir demnächst wiederkommen steht wohl in den Sternen!

Nichts!Da es 3 Tage vor unsere Ankunft ein Unwetter mit Hochwasser gab,stank es im ganzen Haus. Sauna u. Schwimmbad wurden Online angeboten ,konnten nicht benutzt werden. Einen Rabatt nachlas gab es aber nicht!!!

Ich habe in dem malerisch und fernab aller Verkehrshektik gelegenen ehemaligen stattlichen Grafenschloss Erholung gesucht und auf, wie ich finde, besonders komfortable Weise gefunden. Großes Zimmer, großes Bad mit Bidet, gutes Restaurant, Schwimmbad und edler Musiksaal.

Winterliche Sonnentage in einem perfekten Hotel

Die Anlage ist perfekt, um sich zu erholen. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut, vor allem der Koch und die kompetenten und freundlichen Bedienungen. Die Zimmer sind zwar in die Jahre gekommen und das Bad ist ziemlich klein, trotzdem lohnt es sich, ein paar Tage im Schloss Meisdorf zu verbringen.

Von 4 Sternen im freien Fall

Wir waren nach dem Weihnachtsmarkt in Quedlinburg für eine Nacht im Hotel gebucht. Da wir es schon von einem Aufenthalt vor 4 Jahren kannten haben wir uns auf gutes Essen und Wellness gefreut. Leider konnte das Hotel nicht mehr unsere Erwartungen erfüllen. Es wirkte Lieblos und schlecht in Schuss. Der Empfangstresen abgegriffen, Türklinke locker. Das Zimmer mit fleckigem Teppich, kalt ( mussten erst mal alle Heizungen anstellen), tote Fliegen auf der Fensterbank und in den Lampen. Waschbecken gerissen..... Rücksprache mit dem Personal ergab das viele feststellen das sich der Standard geändert hat. Wellnessbereich 4 Liegen als Sitzplätze am Pool, schmuddelig, lieblos ohne irgendwelche Deko. Kleine Sauna abgesperrt, 10 Personensauna überfüllt. Wellness fiel aus. Abendessen war sehr gut, Frühstück auch gut. Personal super freundlich, hat so ein schlechtes Management nicht verdient. Eine Sache zum Abschluss: ich habe weder in unserem Zimmer noch auf den Holzfluren irgendwelche Rauch oder Brandmelder gesehen. Der Fluchtweg aus Etage drei ginge zb nur über zwei in kurzem Abstand liegende Holztreppenhäuser. Den Aufzug lasse ich mal als Fluchtweg weg. Wie geht sowas? Wir kommen nicht wieder, schade für das Personal. Das Hotel war ausgebucht weil Abends noch ein Reisebus ankam. Evtl. Muss man sich ja nicht mehr um Qualität und Sanierung bemühen wenn die Hütte voll ist.

Schöne Hotelanlage mit älteren Zimmer

Hotel ist auf mehrere Gebäude aufgeteilt. In unserem ware ein etwas muffiger Geruch, Zimmer wirkten etwas in die Tage gekommen und richtig frische Luft war dort auch nicht. Dafür ist Schwimmbad und Sauna sehr schön, Golf wäre auch möglich. Restaurant macht einen sehr guten Eindruck, leider war wahrscheinlich wegen Krankheit viel zu wenig Personal da.

On the first day, we arrived early and received our room assignment but had to wait until 3:00 pm to get into the room. It was on first level above ground floor. When we came for our room key, we had been moved to second level above ground, two long flights of stairs and no lift. We are not young. We had help with luggage but the stairs were still a challenge. We mentioned to person st desk about the room change the next morning and it was arranged for room change to ground floor. This helped to change our outlook. The restaurant was very fine,
