โThis is my new favorite hotel in the Netherlands. The staff is very warm and welcoming, my room was ENORMOUS, the setting is a rural village and the hotel is a 19th century hospital conversion. High ceilings and classic architecture. Biggest bonus was a forest walking trail behind the hotel. This place was ideal for me and my dog! Will definitely return!โ
โI stayed there 1 night. The staff were all friendly, hotel was close to the station by bus (since i had a suitcase). I could'nt have breakfast due to early leave in the morning, but I could order a packed lunch before midnight which was quite useful on the way. Rooms slightly cold at night, seemed like they turned the heating system off overnight. Other than that everything was ok, they even hang you a rack of new towels if you dont want the room cleaned while you are out.โ
โThe hotel is in a quiet area just outside Groningen. Easy to reach by car and if you wish to visit the city centre the P+R is convenient. Car parking is free and plentiful. Our room had a balcony and views over the countryside. The room itself was spacious and spotless. The reception staff were polite friendly and knowledgeable. We had dinner on both nights of our stay in the restaurant which was in my opinion excellent. It offered a wide variety of dishes for a very reasonable cost. Again the...
