“The room was spotless beautifully furnished. We had endless tea, coffee milk and biscuits. The staff could not have been more helpful nothing was too much trouble The restaurant and bar was clean and very comfortable. The food was fabulous, well prepared. Added to all this you have a very large car park Would recommend this hotel and give it 10/10.”

“The staff were pleasant and helpful the breakfast was adequate and tasty the rooms were tired and needed an upgrade but were clean and comfortable. All in all our stay was very enjoyable.”

“Everything was amazing at the catherine wheel. It was a very cosy room with great amenities and a very comfortable bed. The staff was incredible and the breakfast was amazing. Easy walking distance to everything you want to see in the village. I would definitely stay there again.”

“We would highly recommend this place to stay. Staff very friendly and excellent food. Comfortable room.”

“Just got back from a 2 night stay. Absolutely charming place to stay staff were so friendly and helpful. So close to the Center just a brief stroll down the lane would definitely come back to stay again. The dog loved it too”

At breakfast we waited 50 minutes for our cooked breakfast with no apology or explanation. When it finally arrived we asked if we could have some toast with it only to be told that they do not do toast with the English Breakfast! The tea was lukewarm and had to be returned and the 'fresh' orange juice was...
