"Do not book this hotel!! This company is the worst accommodation company I have ever dealt with. We booked with them from Feb. 9 to 12th. When we arrived, there was no running water. We called them, as they have no front desk, and we were told they were aware of this and offered a refund if we didn't want to stay. "The property itself was ok. Bed was comfortable, close to the local attractions. The turnoff for us was the fact that the room was 29 degrees Celsius and the air conditioner didn't work. We went to the front desk and explained this to the gentleman and he said that the air conditioners don't work. I asked if they worked in any room and he said no. Given, each room has a mini-split system so there's no reason for them to not work other than they don't want them to work. I asked him if he could then it on in our room and he looked at his computer then came back about a minute later and said no, he wouldn't turn it on for us. So, there you are, hotel is nice, location is nice, but the place certainly isn't comfortable and the front desk did not want to take appropriate action to address this. "

"We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very inviting after a long day out. The breakfast buffet was fabulous with a great variety of delicious options. A special shout-out to the woman who checked us out on February 7th — she was incredibly personable and so fun to talk to, which made our departure especially pleasant. We also really appreciated the hotel’s proximity to the train station, especially since we returned from an Olympic event very late in the evening. The convenience made our trip so much easier. "
