"Brilliant place. especially for my girlfriend who has a nut allergy, the staff were very weary about it and even offered to make her fresh food in the back in separate pans. room very nice only con is that it was quite warm in rooms with no air con and decently think duvet which didn’t help the case. other than that was a brilliant stay"

"Spectacular hotel. The whole ambience and aesthetics of the place are incredible, the staff go above and beyond to help you and the rooms and views are spacious and have everything you need. The breakfast was amazing as was the meal in Ting the night before. The sky pool and sauna have the most incredible views of the city and are so relaxing you can easily spend all day there. Would highly recommend, this is my favourite hotel in the world!"

"Any time I come into London, I’m staying here! It had everything I needed and more! The location was also convenient! It was easy to get to all the tourist stuff! Back to the room, they even have appliances and utensils in the kitchenette. You didn’t have to request and go through all these hoops to get basic things. The restaurant and cafe was also solid and so convenient!"

"We have stayed here before It is just 10 mins from London Bridge station so good for transport links and the 188 bus goes to Waterloo station. Bermondsey is a busy area with plenty of pubs, cafes and bars. Good breakfast and very good size bedrooms for London.. Just one very small moan, when we collected our bags late afternoon the complimentary water had no clean glasses and when I mentioned to the chap at reception that the 'overflow' bowl under the tap was full and overflowing he just said OK and then did nothing ! We would stay again."
