"Great breakfast and convenient location to the main train station. Had to use public transport to get to the old town but that was easy. Walk to the other side of the station for food and shopping options. Hotel is very quiet, amazing the difference if you open the windows for a bit. No fridge or safe in room, but other than that it was comfortable and clean."

"Clean, affordable and great location. Hotel room was spacious and perfect for a night away. One of the beside table lamps didn't work and bathroom was a bit small but ideal for one. Would book again if I needed an affordable, clean place to stay with ideal city location. Also only 15 mins train from the airport."

"Not sure how on earth this property was awarded 4 stars - this is a 2 star place at best. Horribly tiny rooms, aging and unclean interior and exterior, and cold service. Not to mention the paper thin walls resulting in one being able to hear every single movement outside, as well as the constant construction noise that starts early in the morning. They charge you for even tap water and is the only 4 star hotel so far that has refused to provide me with free bottled water. The location is also inconvenient - will NOT be staying here again. Such a rip off for substandard facilities. DO NOT come here if you’re actually expecting to stay at a 4 star hotel."

"Please save yourself the trouble, and stay somewhere else. Me and tons of others arrived without any rooms. Got transferred to other hotels at 11 plus in the evening after their management “approved” the switch, even though I was with two young kids. On the last evening I had to come back to this wretched place. Booked long ago and fully paid doesn’t mean anything. Utter and absolute nonsense. No ventilation, fan or whatsoever in the room. If you open the windows for some air, it means a sleepless night with screaming folks even at 3 in the night. The only only benefit is the closeness to the hbf, but it’s not worth it."
