"We found the laminate floors a it dusty and dirty. The walss were quite dirty and marked up by scuffs; the walls really need a paint job. The telephone never did work (no power cord) and the staff had no interest in getting that working. We were told to come down if we needed something."

"May 2026 : Superb hotel - close to the centre of Vienna, nice room and bathroom, healthy buffet breakfast with delicious scrambled ham & eggs. The bar serves Austrian beer & wine and the food is superb - the pizzas are home cooked and excellent ! The facilities are superb for an active person - 8 indoor tennis courts, which were free to book, a gym, large outdoor pool and a huge sauna. We hugely enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning ."

"Lovely hotel, friendly staff who were very welcoming. Room was clean and had all we needed and more. Really pleased with its location for us to visit our family, close to the main train line and the trams and buses. Will look to stay again when we come back to Vienna."

"Within a few minutes walk to Belvedere palace, Rennweg train and transit stations, pharmacies, supermarkets, bakeries, and everything else you could need. Staff are extremely professional and courteous. Rooms are impeccable, with pretty much everything you'd need for a relaxing and comfortable stay, as well as if you need to get some work done on your computer."
