Schon der Eingangsbereich und die Flure waren sehr schmutzig, die Türen beschädigt und es gab einen unangenehmen Geruch. Der gesamte Zustand war unzumutbar – es sah überhaupt nicht wie ein Ort aus, an dem man übernachten kann. Wir mussten wieder gehen und haben um eine Rückerstattung gebeten. Leider entspricht die Unterkunft in keiner Weise den Bildern oder der Beschreibung. So ein Ort sollte wirklich...

"Totally not in the location advertised, the pin was shown just near the centre, 5-10 min walk, it was actually 40 min from it. It was booked for 3, but only 2 towels were provided. The sofa bed had huge dents in it and felt like it should have been replaced 10 years ago, definitely not suitable for sleeping. Worst nights sleep ever! "I really enjoyed my stay in Vienna. The positive aspects of this hotel were that its location was good (close to the underground, close to the tram station and about 15minutes away from one or two very nice parks). The feature i was disappointed about was that the bathroom was way too small! One person could barely fit inside, the shower didn't work properly and the sink leaked quite a bit."

"Etablissement spatieux mais pas tres propre avec des toiles d'araignee sur les murs. Meubles usés et appartement a renover. Calme mais immeuble assez moche. Prostitue a l'entree de l'immeuble le soir. Mauvaise communication pour la logistique : aucune information sur la cle de l'ascenseur (trouve dans l'appart au 4eme etage apres etre montee les escaliers avec les valises). Le service de resrvation n'a pas voulu communiquer le modalite d'acces au batiment jusqu'au jour de l'arrivée."
