“Every staff was so friendly and kind. They're willing to help the us as much as possible. I would like to stay again in Indigo Vienna if I visit Wien again. ”

“The suit was spotless, great suit with everything you could need, very comfortable.”

“No shampoo or conditioner, hair dryer wasn't working, no orin in the room and no one was onsite at night to request it. I had to wash my hair with just water and no blow dryer to dry my hair at night and had to go to my meetingbwith wrinkled shirt. Worst experience. By the way, there's no security at night. Anyone can walk in at night and come to your room. Elevator doesn't require a pass and no one is at front desk at night. Main entrance is wide open too”

“The property was beyond our expectations. It was clean, bright, and spacious. The apartment is located in a beautiful building that is conveniently close to public transportation, grocery stores, and a pharmacy. The washing machine and stove, fridge and dishwasher were very convenient and helpful as well. Looking forward to retuning there again some day. Our whole family is missing it!”

“Excellent flat, great location! Easy to grab any method of transportation! Good bars and brunch spots to walk to! Would stay again! Great bed too!”

“1 night stay for work. Incredibly clean and nicely designed apartment. Well located for work and restaurants, felt a safe area to walk alone in. Ground floor so if I’d been there longer maybe would have preferred to be higher so could open curtains etc.”

“They changed the lock on my locker while my bags were inside”

“Hotel Gilbert is unique and very much a boutique hotel. We loved the &Flora restaurant and the hotel’s proximity to all things Vienna. Would absolutely stay there again!”

“The staff were incredibly kind, and that was what impressed me the most. When I asked how to use the air conditioner, they kindly drew simple pictures, making it very easy for me to understand. Since I don't speak English very well, I was worried about communicating, but their thoughtful help put all my worries to rest. I truly appreciated their patience and kindness. Not only the front desk staff, but every employee I met greeted me with a warm smile, which made my entire stay feel welcoming...
