"Really friendly helpful staff. Large clean quiet room. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Had coffee & cake in the coffee bar & enjoyed two really great meals in the bar area which offered comfortable seating, along with wonderful ambiance & great service. The hotel is close to, but set back from, main tourist area, around a 15 min walk. Subway station a 4 min walk for direct access & a 20min ride to Schönbrunn Palace."

"Very Clean room, nice staff, bad aircon in the room, bad pillows, we got a hc room at first but that had a really bad smell og sigarettes, and the air was moist. The staff understood us and put us in a another smaler room. The area was good, we did not pay for breakfast beacusr pf the high price"

"Nice hotel. But feels a bit 'soulless'. Reception is in a room off the main atrium which means you hardly ever see anyone. Would be nice if reception staff were visible with a 'welcome back' comment when coming back. Rooms are nice, but the control panels are just painful. When will hotels realise light switches are just easier"
