Above all, the breathtaking view of St. Stephen’s Cathedral dominates the entire panorama from both the guest-room windows and the second-floor breakfast room. Situated at the very heart of the city, this hotel is exceptionally functional, modern, efficiently organised and immaculately clean—in every respect, it is simply flawless. I was also genuinely delighted to finally meet the front-desk staff who had so kindly and patiently helped us plan our sightseeing long before our arrival. Their warm and thoughtful support made our stay even more memorable.

This hotel has everything you need for a relaxing stay in Vienna. The location is perfect for walking around the beautiful historic centre and plenty of lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. The underground is right on the doorstep for easy access across the city. The hotel staff were all excellent, attentive and helpful, and the breakfast was great, with made to order options and a well stocked buffet. The room was very comfortable and clean and had a wonderful view of the cathedral. It was lovely to be able to open windows and see and hear the music from the square. We would definitely recommend or book again.

Most amazing and gorgeous hotel, outstanding view from our room to stephenplatz and st Stephen’s cathedral. We took the train from The airport and we came out from the underground system right outside the hotel, it was super fast and convenient, we were checking in only 45mins after getting off our flight. Amazing! Great transportation system in Vienna. The staff very friendly and welcoming? Breakfast was amazing so much food, a lot of choices and all delicious. High end and quality food. I would come back to this hotel again!

Perfectly located in the city center. The hotel was spotless, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a suite, which was spacious and well-equipped. The complimentary minibar was a great bonus. The breakfast was excellent, and we’d especially like to thank Ms. Leyla for her kindness and outstanding service. We only stayed for a short time because the hotel was fully booked, but we would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

This was an amazing hotel, the staff was extremely helpful, kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean, updated and spacious. There is complementary champagne when you arrive, the mini bar is feee and is replenished each day, and they have an amazing breakfast that is included with your stay. We did not realize the hotel also has shuttle service from the airport as well. I would come back and stay here again
