"A solid 5 stars. The staff was extremely helpful. They did 2 loads of laundry. One in the morning. The other in the afternoon and the price was very reasonable ($15). The breakfast buffet was good. It's hard to find a breakfast of more than pastries in Monterosso. The staff was friendly and helpful for anything. This hotel being very close to the beach was something I was looking for. They even have beach towels you can use. I'll be staying there again."

"Room was very clean, w daily housekeeping. Loved that the breakfast room was on same floor just a few steps from our room. The breakfast was very good with healthy choices. We ate on a small porch off of the breakfast room; so pleasant! Location was only a short 3-4 minute walk. Made use of the convenient drop off laundry directly across the street, w very reasonable prices."

"The owner of the establishment met us at the bottom of the stairs and carried bags up. Check in was efficient and we quickly realized how genuinely kind the owner is. The rest of the staff were also very pleasant. You can’t beat the location, we loved it. Our only complaint would be the tire shop below who opens the garage door at 5:30 am and is loud. Walls are thin so if you book, use the ear plugs they give you."

"I loved the property. The bed was great, and the room was big enough for my husband and me. About the only downside was the size of the shower..,a bit small. The breakfast provided was excellent. We sat outside on the deck both mornings we were there. Very peaceful. The staff member was very helpful. He provided a big bowl of fruit each morning along with other food they provide. The location was perfect. Right in the middle of the historic town. I would recommend this b&b."

"This was a great apartment, lots of space for a family of 4. Two bedrooms, a cute kitchen, a living room amd washroom. It had a lovely balcony with sea and mountain views. Washing machine came in handy and the clothes dried surprisingly fast on the drying rack. Check in was easy with a video sent to really see the location. Only 2 things to be aware of: a lot of steps to get up there, we tolerated them but they could be a lot, and, the washroom door was not frosted enough. We hung a towel across it. Great location too, to walk to the beach and train. The train runs under and past the building and did go by every 20 minutes in the day but we barely noticed. Sounded like soothing thunder. I think it either stopped or was less frequent at night."

"Just a fantastic hotel with great views, a great restaurant, pool, access to hiking and free mini bus transportation down and up the hill to Monterosso. Beach is nice, easy access to train and I highly recommend taking the boat ride with Stefano who you will find in the marina. Great hotel, very clean."
