7.4/10 Good! (1,417 reviews)

The room had absolutely no closet or drawer and super hard to even unpack which I was not able to do so. Been traveling from Canada Europe middle east and east Asia for last 3 months staying in 6 different hotels and none was as disappointing as this one

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,048 reviews)

The room was clean but the insulation was poor. We were at the 15th floor and still could hear the ambulance siren. Also we can hear the noise from the upper level and our next room. The bathroom was huge with 2 sinks which was nice but there was no other place for hanging towels except the bar on the shower door.
