This is a great hotel. It's welcoming and clean. I am very comfortable and have stayed many, many times. My only problem is, I asked for a room with a pool view, but when I got there, I didn't get it. Still, it's always a nice stay.

I love this property and the area. The staff is outstanding! Spa services are offered, the rooms are a good size and the beds are very comfortable. The food at the restaurant is excellent.

This hotel never fails to make me feel at home. It's wonderful and the pool area is great. The pool is very big. The bed comfortable. The food they offer is very good, as well.

This is a great hotel that offers delicious dining and a wonderful view. The pool is heated to a perfect temperature. There is a spa and breakfast is complimentary. I have stayed several times and I will always go back. I did miss the Crema Pasticcera for breakfast the past couple of times. They also offer laundry service, which is great to have!! Parking is super easy which lends to exploring nearby areas like Pomarico, Matera and Bernalda. The air conditioner in the room worked incredibly well during the European 2023 heat wave!

Not impressed

I rarely write reviews, but this stay calls for it. This hotels deserves only 2 stars due to its nice pool area, which we really enjoyed. Inside, the experience was poor. General lack of cleaning and maintenance is obvious. Breakfast buffet very basic, and we noticed old/“rotten” fruit not being taken away over several days. All 3 mornings we saw that dining room/restaurant was not cleaned from previous evening e.g. wine bottles on the tables etc. Had problems with water dripping in the bathroom, which we reported to the receptionist, but weren’t offered a new room even though there must have been several rooms available. Beds seemed old and not comfortable. Was waken up at 5 due to loud noises (maintenance??). Can’t understand why management nor staff doesn’t show more pride in providing a better customer experience. So many obvious areas to improve on.

Poor shower, doors leaked. Too many flies, as soon as you open the patio door, all flies enter the room. Grounds were gorgeous. Old resort, rooms need updating.

Wonderful staff. Great breakfast and property grounds. The room is a very good size. The shower is small and it would be nice if the bathroom was a little bit bigger, even if the room was smaller. There is never an issue with hot water. The temperature of the room is adjustable and there is a big window. I recommend.

Die Zimmer sind nicht mehr in einem guten Zistand. Es war mal ein sehr gutes Hotel jedoch ist das 20 Jahre her. Fast alle Zimmer haben Wasserschäden und schwarzen Schimmel an den Wänden. ( Gardine mal zur Seite schieben)

Ottimo hotel immerso nel verde, con due piscine (di cui una per bambini) in cui siamo stati benissimo. Ristorante con ampia scelta piatti, porzioni abbondanti e servizio rapido. Eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo. Camere ampie e pulite; ulteriore nota positiva, la cortesia dei titolari che con molto impegno sono riusciti anche a risolvere un problema di fatturazione con l'azienda. Consigliatissimo!

Deux nuits, deux mariages dans l hôtel sans que nous ne soyions prévenus à l'avance. Ambiance discothèque dans la chambre jusqu à minuit deux soirs d affilée. Meuble vasque de la salle de bain prêt à s effondrer. Réparation bricolage a la va-vite. Aucune compensation. Très décevant.
