Mooie grote 3 persoons kamer was meer als een appartement 2 slaapkamers woonkamer en badkamer, prima bedden en het geheel is netjes. Ontbijt was ook prima verzorgd niet erg ruime keuze maar meer dan genoeg. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is ruim voldoende. Ook het personeel is aardig en behulpzaam. Het zwembad is niet groot maar schoon en met een afgesloten zonneweide. Mooie rustige omgeving direct aan een riviertje. Het restaurant is zeker een aanrader lekker gegeten. Al met al was het voor ons een top 3 nachten verblijf. Het enige minpunt is de slechte wifi, ook is het goed te weten dat de accomodatie contant moet worden afgerekend.

Tranquil hotel in lovely setting

Quaint hotel in lovely location tucked away in the forest next to the river. Not easy to find but worth the effort. Excellent food in restaurant and great service. A great place to stay to relax and unwind.

Lovely hotel next to the river Ourthe.

It was unfortunate that the Owners of the hotel had suffered a bereavement and when we arrived said that they were basically closed. They had tried to contact us but had a number wrong in my mobile so we weren't aware that we could not eat at the hotel. We were allowed to stay there and found a little restaurant close by where we had a nice dinner. We were able to use the swimming pool and the Owner's wife put two chairs out on the terrace overlooking the river and luckily we had a bottle of whisky with us! Breakfast was good and there was a wide variety of things to eat from homemade yogurt to smoked ham and cheese. There was also a beautiful African Grey Parrot in a purpose built cage next to the bar, who had a very interesting vocabulary.

Hotel zu nah an der Bahnlinie gelegen

Wir suchen uns unser Urlaubsdomizil in erster Linie nach der ruhigen Lage aus. Durch die nicht weiterführende Straße dachten wir, ein ruhiges Hotel gefunden zu haben, aber weit gefehlt! Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Bahnschiene und unser Zimmer war zusätzlich auch noch unmittelbar zur Straße gelegen. Damit war es uns entschieden zu laut, dass wir sogar über eine verfrühte Abreise nachdachten. Frühstück o. k., aber immer die gleichen Sachen, dadurch etwas langweilig. Betten sehr hart. Schönes kleines Schwimmbad, (allerdings nur bis 18:00 Uhr nutzbar, es wäre schön, wenn das nach einem Tagesausflug länger zur Verfügung stehen würde), Whirlpool leider defekt.

Lakens op kende met een dikke plastic laag eraan vast is echt vreselijk. In het restaurant kun je alleen heel duur water in een fles bestellen, waarom geen gratis kraanwater? (De Ardennen is een gebied met prachtig schoon water)

Hôtel sympa avec piscine dans un cadre agréable

Très bon accueil. Notre chambre (très propre) se trouvait en annexe de l'hôtel-restaurant. C'est dans ce batiment que se trouve la piscine et le sauna (hélas fermé dès 18h00) Nous avons tout de même profité de la piscine et du spa le lendemain après un excellent petit déjeuner buffet.

Ontspannend, rustig en culinair feest

Goede ontvangst en attente hotel-restaurant uitbaters en personeel. We werden vriendelijk en correct bediend in het restaurant, waar we konden genieten van het smakenpalet van de voorgestelde menu's. Het was er tevens rustig en goed slapen. En met het goede weer konden we volop genieten van de wandeling in dit prachtige natuurgebied.
